Terms of service

Terms reference translation

The sections below translate the current Spanish terms. They are a reference translation, not a separate legal review or a promise of additional services.

1. Nature of the service

The Spanish terms describe DondeRinde (donderinde.com) as a digital platform for consultation, information and mathematical simulations of rates of return, stock dividends, public tenders and commercial promotions in Mexico. The terms state that access to the platform is free. The English edition has a separate editorial purpose; this reference translation does not expand the Mexico financial tools to other jurisdictions.

2. No financial advice or supervision

The terms state that DondeRinde is not an entity supervised by Mexico’s National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), does not act as an independent investment adviser under the Mexican Securities Market Law and does not take funds from the public. Simulators and comparisons are described as illustrative and analytical only. They are not personalized recommendations or a substitute for advice suited to a person’s circumstances.

3. Accuracy, sources and issuer terms

The Spanish terms say that published information comes from public primary sources, including Banco de México, INEGI, CONDUSEF RECA, the Mexican Stock Exchange and transparency documents from regulated entities. They state that DondeRinde uses hash checks and safeguards against anomalies. These are descriptions in the Spanish terms, not a guarantee that every figure is current or error-free.

Readers should always verify the final conditions directly with the financial institution that issues the product before entering into a contract. Rates, eligibility, terms and other details may change. Consult the methodology and the official Mexican references; use the Spanish edition for the Mexico-focused comparison tools.

4. Academic accounting module

The English-only accounting module is for academic exercises only. It is a learning aid, not software for recording a real business's books, preparing tax filings or financial statements for external use, or meeting audit, legal or regulatory obligations. Entries and reports that you enter or prepare may be incomplete or wrong, even when the debit and credit totals balance. Review the work with your instructor; it is not professional accounting advice.

The module processes manually entered journal data in the browser and does not retain it after you clear it, reload the page or leave. Read the accounting privacy notice for more information.

5. Intellectual property

The terms state that DondeRinde’s code, graphic design, marks and algorithms belong to its developers. Names, trademarks and logos of financial institutions belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and comparative reference purposes. This English reference does not grant additional rights over DondeRinde material or third-party marks.
